About Sarathy
A child of different committments, mindfull of service thoughts - that is Sarathy.
Parthasarathy was an astonishing being and a true social worker. Thank you, Parthasarathy, for giving so much affection and care to us, for having helped us to understand the close connection that is there between humanity services and humans, if we only open our eyes and heart.
His amazing service activities started from his school life (Gurunanak School, Velachery; 8th standard; 13 years old), inspired from the visit of Sivananda Gurukulam as a school educational trip. Then he became a regular visitor and voluteering service provider to many service shelter homes around his living region. Also he was actively participated in Exnora and 'friends of police' for some time.
Our beloved friend Parthasarathy has passed away Saturday night, December 11, at 9:00 pm, after a fatal throat cut. The murderer was caught by police by Monday, 
found it was because of some financial reason and legal actions are under progress to punish the manslayer. Parthasarathy will forever be greatly missed by everyone of us and never forgotten.
Personnelly I am much more inspired from him and simply assisting his nobel service thoughts for execution since I met him in year 2004. He earned very many friends by his unique, very social and charming approach and wherever possible he drag them into some social service activities. The present Home is such a joint venture by friends of Sarathy.
In his family he was a very charming, kindest member in their fondish arms. We have to pray for our sister, Mrs. Mahalakshmi Parthasarathy, who has gave birth a baby-boy on 5th June 2011, to have a peaceful life.
